Align Corporate Advisors, with its Alliances/Affiliations, is a Southeastern based firm of talented professionals who have diverse backgrounds in business ownership, management, strategic planning, marketing, and finance for companies both in the U.S. and overseas.
Our approach integrates multiple action steps designed to achieve the goals of its clients. We provide business acquisition, merger, divestiture, valuation and advisory services for middle market manufacturing, distribution and service companies with transaction valuations up to $100 million.

As professionals, we are experienced in negotiations and entrepreneurship and we recognize that today’s successful transaction requires operational understanding and uncommon attention to detail. Meet Pat McDonald

Pat is an established industry leader and has demonstrated, exceptional skills in customizing the personal service required to best benefit each client.  Pat is a true professional who makes the complex simple by taking the time to create plans that are effective and easy to execute.

She attended the University of Alabama majoring in Business Administration and started her career in sales of commercial products. Pat’s focus soon became targeted towards larger transactions and she entered residential Real Estate sales in South Florida. Further dedication and disciplines of interest led to Commercial Real Estate sales. While in real estate sales she earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) certification. In 1989 she was introduced to Merger & Acquisitions and fell in love with the challenge and rewards that selling Companies gave her.

Pat started her own M&A Company in 1990 and decided to sell and relocate after her children graduated from college. She moved to Georgia in 2000 affiliating with a company here until she decided to open her own firm. She earned the CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) designation in 1992 with the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the M&AMI (Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary) certification in 2005 with the M&A Source. In 2015 she earned the CM&AP (Certified M&A Professional) at Coles College of Business (KSU).

She served on the Board of Governors with the M&A Source as Education Chair for 6 years and is recognized locally and throughout the United States as a developer, author and approved instructor of education courses with the M&A Source and the IBBA University.

Pat specializes in B2B Service companies, Manufacturing, wholesale distribution, Strategic Business Valuations, and Consulting services to maximize the value of a transaction from a proactive planning perspective. She is a member of the CEO Round Table with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.

She is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Florida and North Carolina.

Her hobbies include gardening and “repurposing” items she finds “treasure hunting” in thrift stores and antique shops. She also enjoys relaxing with a good book when time permits.

Meet Constance Keasler

Constance is a business professional who has worked to help companies, investors and business owners achieve their professional goals, through listening, understanding and application of her 30+ years of business experience. She consults and researches to find the best information for Clients, and solutions for Buyers, for Align Corporate Advisors Team.

Her expertise includes an established enterprise software career, primarily in distribution and manufacturing.  Constance began helping companies achieve business results with proprietary IBM AS/400 enterprise software and into the digital age with Microsoft platforms like Azure. She has successfully represented individuals, investors and companies like DaVita Dialysis, Raymond James and Sara Lee. She has been published in periodicals of The National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) and an Inventory Management Guide published by Software Solutions.

Regardless of the industry or occasion, Constance still listens, understands and applies her knowledge and experience to achieve winning solutions for clients.
